| In accordance with New
Jersey statute and administrative code, parents or guardians are
responsible to ensure that the Request for Payment of Transportation Aid
voucher (Form B7T) is received by the East Brunswick Public Schools,
Transportation Department, 760 Route 18, Suite 106, East Brunswick, NJ
08816, no later than June 30 for the current school year ending. Any
requests received after June 30 will be rejected and the transportation
aid payment shall be forfeited.
For the school year ending June 30, 2009, transportation aid payments will be processed in the order they are received. Due to the high volume and time necessary to ensure payments are properly processed, payments will be issued on or about July 31, 2008.
