A Message from Dr. Victor Valeski, Superintendent of Schools

Welcome to East Brunswick Public Schools, a nationally recognized District with all 11 of our schools having earned Blue Ribbon distinction.  We are Creating our Blueprint for Success during the 2016-17 school year.  Acknowledging the tremendous work of our past and the feedback we received in last year’s collaborative strategic planning effort, we are looking forward to the future by creating a new plan that addresses the changing dynamics of instructional delivery and education.

We are committed to facilitating the success of every student while setting the bar for our district success at the highest level.  We are positioning ourselves to be more flexible and responsive in leading innovation and making continuous improvements throughout our organization by utilizing our e3b Equation.

    We will:

             Examine our current condition.

Explore opportunities to improve students’ experiences in Academics, Athletics and Arts or any element impacting
the culture of our schools and offices.

Engage all the appropriate stakeholders in a consensus decision for improvement.

Benchmark the results with data using a pre-defined standard.

Additionally, whether you are a parent, guardian, student or community member we encourage you to engage in our conversations focused on enhancing the great education we already offer, as well as exploring new ways to improve every student’s and family’s EBPS experience.

Another exciting school year, filled with potential, is about to begin!   We hope you will join us, as an active participant, on our new journey.

Dr. Victor P. Valeski, Superintendent of Schools
